My name is Júlia Anna Joy. I’m a Hungarian choreographer based in Dubai and London. With over 15 years of international experience across theatre, film, and live entertainment, my credits include major musicals such as Blood Brothers and Hair, the BBC series The North Water, the 2025 MDRT Global Conference Opening Ceremony in Macau, large-scale brand events for Patek Philippe and Hisense, and opening and award ceremonies for the Athletics World Championships and the Wrestling World Championships.

My vocational dance training has provided a solid foundation for my choreographic work across styles including contemporary, jazz, ballet, commercial, tap, and Irish dance. Through my physical theatre training, text, spoken word, conventional dramaturgy, and theatrical direction have become integral to my practice.
